2. Cancellation Window:

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement qualify for a full refund

• Orders cancelled after 24 hours may incur a 20% service fee if processing has already begun

3. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled:

• Orders that have already been shipped.
• Custom-made or personalized items once production has started.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders:

• If your cancellation is successful within the 24-hour window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• If we are unable to cancel the order, you can follow our Return & Refund Policy once the item is delivered.
